1. Baraha Chhetra
It situates 20 km away from Dharan on the confluence of Sapta Koshi and Koka River in the Sunsari district of the eastern part of Nepal. 10. Jalpadevi Temple
It dedicates to Goddess Jalpadevi and is located in Chhintang VDC, Dhankuta district. People named this temple ‘Jalpadevi’ because of the belief that Goddess Jalpadevi lies in the water. People also call it Chintangdevi Temple.

This lake is located in Barju rural municipality, Sunsari district. It is about 12 km away from Biratnagar, the capital city of Province No.1. We can easily reach here by driving (it takes about 30 minutes from Biratnagar).
Barju lake covers an area of 152 bighas which is a shelter for numerous aquatic birds, amphibians, and fishes. Similarly, it is rich in flora diversity. The Lotus flower is another attraction of this lake.
This lake is famous for boating and fishing. Students also come here for picnics and to conduct research. The lake area also includes a park for children. They can play many games here like slide, up down swing, etc.
